Two photosafaris have been made to East Africa. In January 1978, the major national parks of Kenya (KE) were visited by car in the following order: Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, Hell’s Gate, Aberdare, Amboseli, West and East Tsavo. Likewise, in 2007, a safari was made to the national parks in Tanzania and Zanzibar (TZ), namely Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Lake Manyara, and Zanzibar.
