The fog lifts over Daintree river
Two Australian states were visited in April, 2013. Cairns, Queensland was the first stop, including a boat trip to Michaelmas Reef for seabirds. The journey in Queensland continued to Daintree, and the Cairns Highlands, mainly the Tablelands (Astherton, Mareeba, and Kuranda). Sydney was the second main stop, from where the journey continued in New South Wales to wine country, Hunter Valley, and its rich nature. The trip was finalized in the Blue Mountains region, especially in the Capertee Valley.
